In this condition of tinnitus you will feel some ringing or buzzing sound in your ears. In some cases it affects the person for some time and then never happens and in some cases it may affect the person for 3-4 days. But in some cases this buzzing or ringing sound is so loud inside the ears that it becomes unbearable for the patients and they want immediate medical help.
There are two different kinds of tinnitus, objective tinnitus and subjective tinnitus. In the condition of objective tinnitus, the person sitting nearby the patients also hear the buzzing sound inside the ears. But in subjective tinnitus the buzzing sound inside the ears are heard by patients only. Usually the case of objective tinnitus is very rare.
